Spell Bee
The Indian version of Spell Bee, a copy of its original which is held since decades in the US, is not as promising i feel. primarily the Indian students in the showseems to lack in the department of english spellings i feel. This makes the show feel dry. For eg., the students even pass the spelling of words like "lame"!! Agreed they are not aged than us, but these are too simple words to negotiaite! I doubt if they erred in selecting the students for this show cuz i just got a feelin the wrong ones are at the wrong place after seeing the show..!! Ironically, an Indian Student won the last spell bee contest in the US! Guys watch the show in Nat Geo and see if you agree with me! ^^ click here to go back to top^^
Amrita Tv Junior Genius
Billed as an edutainment reality show, Amrita TV
launched ‘Junior Genius,’ a a hunt for nurturing young talent in the
12-14 age group and showcasing kids with a well-rounded personality.
The show was conducted pretty well when compared to the pretty lame
reality shows we have at present.
The show, designed in a magazine format, will has two segments – a quiz session anchored by a celebrity and a ‘talent-activity’ session comprising science experiments, sports, artistic capabilities, social service, adventure and so on. ‘Junior Genius’ evaluates individual talent and also encourage students to work in groups for certain kinds of activities to make the show a wholesome experience for participants and viewers. The show will evaluate various facets of the contestants’ potential in the arenas of intelligence, academics, sports, artistic talents, social service and so on. Best Bits Of Mr. Bean
So Its Rowan Atkinson again, the funny old Mr. Bean!!..This is a collection of some of his best parts of his entire tv show. The ones I liked best are his stints with the dentists and the one in the exam hall. Really hillarious. He really is Charley Chaplin version 2. Nat Geo Mega Structures : Beijing Water CubeI watched the latest edition of the nat geo series MEGASTRUCTURES on Beijing Water Cube..It ws well presented as usual..and ofcourse Water Cube is a miracle..did u know it was covered with plastic?? Go watch it..Its one of the coolest documentaries i've ever seen!
